WHAT IF I TOLD YOU

What if I told you that I didn’t believe in angels up until the moment I lay my eyes upon you, what if I told you that I was mesmerized by your auburn strawberry curved hair, what if I insisted that every time I look into your sculpted liquefied hazel eyes, I gladly drown.

What if I told you that I slipped and fell in love with you and now my heart is in ICU (intensive cupid unit)

What if I told you that am here to restore your heart and to build a wall greater than china around it, so as to ensure it stays unharmed

What if I told you I would compete with your shadow to be by your side during the day and light your way like the moon when you are in darkness

What if I told you I would always be there for you to hold on to and every single second with you is a lifetime memory I will be clinging on to

What if I told I would overstretch your cheeks with smiles, over expose your white pearl teeth and save up your tears to the best of my accounting skills

What if I told you that I feel alive when am with you, each day becomes an adventure I look forward to explore with you.

What if I told you that together we can take on the world, become a soaring kite against the deep blue sky

What if I told you that you are like a ghost within me who’s overflowing charm fills me and one I can’t keep my mind away from

What if I told you that am human, that I will cheat, lie and steal. What if I told you that: I would cheat death so that I can cherish every moment with your forever, I would liewith you in bed whenever you need me to, I would steal your sorrows to the best of my criminal knowledge.

What if I told you that I mean every word I say, would you hold that against me?
